Refund Policy.

At Lettered with Love, we take pride in creating custom, handcrafted pieces with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please review our policy below:

Refunds & Returns

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any items with custom text, names, dates, or designs selected by the customer.

  • Non-Custom Items: If an item is not personalized, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully review every order before shipping, but if you receive an item with an error due to our mistake, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Errors on our part include:

  • Incorrect spelling, wording, or design that differs from the order confirmation.

  • Wrong item received.

  • Significant damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos).

We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the client, including:

  • Spelling mistakes, typos, or incorrect details submitted at checkout.

  • Incorrect color, font, or design selection made by the customer.

  • Failure to review proofs or personalization details before submitting an order.

If the error is on the client’s part, a replacement may be offered at an additional cost.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make changes, you must contact us via email within this timeframe. After 24 hours, no changes can be made, as production begins immediately.

  • Non-Custom Orders: If you need to cancel a non-custom order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or carrier before reaching out to us.
